Volunteers of the Central Texas Food Bank started their annual Souper Bowl Of Caring in Austin Texas on Friday. The campaign to raise awareness to feed the hungry in the Austin area will last until Sunday February 4 which will be Super Bowl LII. It is obvious that even though they are many football fans who are boycotting the National Football League for the protests of some players in the name of police brutality and mistreatment of minorities in this nation, some charities believe that there will be people who will make donations of money or goods to this charity. Clara Cooper who is the COO of the Souper Bowl Of Caring is hoping that the charity will be able to reach 3 million meals between Friday and Super Bowl Sunday.
