I don´t care much for Alarms and I used to have to set them on and off in my job as part of Security when troubled times in England were going on. Used to make me jump sometimes as you can´t turn the volume down on them but I never got locked in though except in a toilet because the door jammed.

@Hatley Those were fire alarms that I had to check all the time that they were working properly and they made your ears ring too.

@Hatley I had to check them manually with one of those special keys it was vital for our security in which we worked as we were an easy target being a Telephone Exchange more than one bomb was planted in other places.

i was soglad to give that key to someother worker that responsblkt to never have problems iwth gat fire akarms was more tha I w anted as it was ver rck never had afire but the damned alarm went off over the odor soke
