What do you find as the most effective way to burn calories?

I am working on my weight loss journey and I like to hear what works for everyone.
I read the top ways to burn calories is performing hot yoga, running/jogging, cycling, and participation in martial arts performance.
Personally I really enjoyed hot yoga. However the costs for classes have increased quite a bit because they have grown in popularity due to including the "cloud 9" element. Basically all classes allow people to use cannabis while participating in the class.
I don't use cannabis so this has 0 interest for me. I just prefer a regular class. Now I am looking into other fun ways to burn a lot of calories. What do you like to do to burn calories.

Nice! I did see that walking is very effective. I try to walk around ny apartment more.

I think going for half an hour morning walk is one of the best ways to burn calories beside climbing up stairs.

You can do some yoga in the house, run and take lots of water. this helps me maintain my weight

I use to walk and jog for 2 hours then some time for cycling and little exercise but some times I skip jogging and not but least green tea will do a hot job in burning calories.

I never heard it green tea burning calories. I have heard of it speeding up your metabolism. Interesting to know.
