Hey guys hope you all are doing well today. I was wondering that how health counsious we are in today's living. How do you guys maintain your health by dieting or by going to gym or by eating healthy or drinking green tea. Well as of my health routine I have healthy diet and exercise of 1 hour and green tea at night. So who health counsious you guys are?

I recommend you drink oatmeal water, I lost a lot, I lost more than 10 kilos, combined with daily exercises of 30 minutes

@Mshafeeq If I recommend it a lot. The oatmeal water that naturally greases, has fiber and keeps muscles from sagging.

@Mshafeeq I have cornflakes every now and then for breakfast. (That oe is extremely good for the body if you are having a slightly loose bowel! )

I have been drinking 8 cups of water daily, exercising daily, and have been avoiding fast food and sweets for the past few weeks! I am slowly starting to see results. The best part is having more energy to face the day.
