Can't edit on Virily without contacting the site

I created a quiz on Virily. One person that took the quiz pointed out to me in the comment section that two of the questions have the wrong answer as the correct answer. I took a look at those questions and realized that she is right. I always preview the quiz before submitting it for review. Everything was correct when I previewed it. Not sure how it got screwed up. I wanted to fix these errors right away but Virily doesn't allow editing of anything, so there is no option for that. To make changes to something after it's been published you have to contact the site and either ask them to fix the issue for you, or ask them to put the post or quiz in draft mode, so you can make changes yourself and then resubmit for review. I contacted the site a number of days ago asking how I can fix these issues. They have not gotten back to me. I thought maybe their reply went into spam but there is nothing there. The quiz remains with those mistakes. And people are taking the quiz. It is very frustrating. The site should allow people to edit stuff on their own without having to contact the site about it, quizzes at least. I have no idea why they don't have that option available. It is not right. Do you think a site should allow editing without having to contact support, admin, etc.?
