A huge number of murderers lack sleep. I am sure you get the pattern from there.

@CaptAlbertWhisker thank you for responding to my discussions.What I do right now is have one day for 10 hours sleep. Every other day i have just 6-7 hours. I wanna be more awake to have done more productive things.

Our body needs sleep to repair some damage tissues.It's also during this time that our brain processes our thoughts.Sleep is important for children to build new cells.It is also beneficial so we can recharge our energy and be mentally and physically awake, and have focus at work.Come to think of it,even machines need to rest or else it will overheat and worst explode.Hope I have convinced you to have time to sleep.

Brain processes our thoughts. To regain more focus. To be lacking sleep and going i think is not productive.
