So this Sunday had the NHL Pro Bowl and the NHL All-Star game. Of course I chose to watch the NHL game since football is over for me. The All-star game started really slow with the American National Anthem. It was some county singer named Brett Young. I never heard of him before and not sure if he is suppose to be that good. I didn't like his really slow and what I found emotionless singing. I have seen and hear worse but could have been so much better. The game is fast paced because they have went to a 3 on 3 format rather than a full 5 on 5. It is entertaining to a point but I'm still not sure after 3 years if I like this format or not. There are ups and downs to it for me. I like that it is faster pace and each player on the ice gets highlighted more but it's not normal hockey. The Pacific Division won, they have been in the final game all three years since they have went to this 3 on 3 tournament style play and have on 2 of the three. I did enjoy watching it even though I was hoping the Central Division would win. Hope you all enjoyed your weekend.
