Blessed Again!

We took our tax papers to the Tax Office and had a brief meeting with the gentleman who would be doing our taxes. So he said we'd get back $39 and pay in $79. Ok well we were grateful we didn't have to pay in more. It's the first year we've done taxes since my husband retired and took a part time job.
So they called last night and left a message. Our taxes were already done! So we go to the office to sign the papers and the secretary went over the details. Well bless God we are getting back $714 that's after paying $78 to state. We were shocked and feel very blessed. It may not seem like much to anyone else but when your on pretty much a fixed income it truly is a blessing. Thank You God for blessing us. To God be the glory.
We also saved $30 on our gas bill and got a $25 refund to our account! We are faithful in our tithes and offerings and God has been faithful to us.

@JudyEv How about you do you have any blessings you can name? You know I think of people in third world countries who have nothing and I realize how very blessed we are. I try to thank God every day for our blessings!

@Butchcass4 I would never complain about any part of my life. When I think of those with terminal illnesses or without clean water or in war-ravaged countries, I know how lucky I am.

@JudyEv I try hard not to complain! I've been suffering for over 6 months with arthritis and tendonitis in my Right hand. I've been going to physical therapy and it has helped. It's not as much as it was but when I have the pain I find it hard to focus on something positive, but God says in His Word to give thanks in ALL things so I try to remember that, however I can't lie I do struggle in the pain. But we have so much to be thankful for! Thank You God for every blessing and please show me the ones I'm not seeing so that I may praise You for it!

Every single day. The fact that me and my family wake up healthy every morning is such a blessing. Life is a wonderful blessing.
I'm not a very religious person but I always believe in God. And He has shown me his love several times already, that I have no doubt of his existence.

Well, that is good news. So happy for you. I count my blessings every day just to get through another day and with everything going alright and peaceful.
