For those of you who live outside the United States, you could probably care less about American Football and our annual Super Bowl. However, it is a really big deal here in the United States, whether you watch it or not. For those who prefer a more humorous Super Bowl, they have the option of watching the Puppy Bowl or Kitten Bowl on TV. As for me, it is the only televised football game my husband and I ever watch. He played football in high school and college, but doesn't really enjoy watching it played on TV. We will gather with some friends, snack on popcorn, chips, dip and other snacks. My husband will chat with the men while they discuss every play. I'll chat with the other women until the commercials come on. Super Bowl commercials are the best of the year! We just like hanging out with our friends and socializing. What is your favorite Super Bowl activity?

Sounds a great way to spend an hour or two. We'd probably be sticking to the puppies or kittens.

@JohnRoberts - I totally understand. If it were not for my friends, we would not watch it, either.

Football is not my thing. However, the commercials are interesting. I usually watch them on YouTube. Any good ones this year?

My favorite Super Bowl activity is watching the commercials! Oh, and eating some good food with good friends.

@DeborahDiane I hate to admit this, but I actually enjoyed watching this year's game, because not only was it an exciting game, but because the Eagles came out and scored first which gave me hope throughout the game that they could actually beat the heavily-favored Patriots.

@moffittjc - Bingo! Just like me! I watch the game solely for the commercials and the snacking! LOL Of course, the last two minutes of the game this year were pretty intense!

@moffittjc - We enjoyed the game, too. It was very exciting and we were also happy to see the Eagle win.

@JamesHxstatic - You sound like my husband. He never watches, unless we're at a Superbowl party and socializing with friends. Watching football on TV just doesn't interest him.

We used to gather around and snacked but today I'm going to watch it with my little ones.
