Having got fed up with my Inkjet Printers I have recently bought one Laser printer. We need to use powder in this printer instead of ink. This printer looks hefty and huge when compared to the Inkjet ones. So long it is working properly and it is still in warranty period. What sort of Printer do you have for your personal use and what is your experience with it?

I'm using an ink jet printer at home. No problem so far. I don't print much and we hardly use it.

@AKRao24 Yeah none at all. Nobody told me that. I've been told by the technician that only continuous printers have problems if not used on a daily basis.

I too had some Inkjet printers with me. But since i was not regularly using it they used to get clogged and give trouble when I was in need of them at the most. Having got frustrated with them I have got this Laser Printer at least thinking that there won't be any ink clogging! You have got an interesting point about which I never thought that they are program to self destruct them after few years. Quite possible! Thanks a lot for responding!

Actual Printers if we talk about the Inkjet Printers are cheaper but their Cartridges are costlier on the other hand the Laser Printers are bit expensive but the Toners are comparatively cheaper and durable. I am told that Laser Printer can produce more prints than a Inkjet one at a given cost and they are better working too! Thanks!
