First of all welcome back dear @khagendra1994 ! To have proficiency on any language is to understand the language properly and then practicing it! Reading the news papers also helps a lot in improving English. I sincerely advise you to read every head line in the News paper and also the Editorial! Thanks!

Agreed ! In news papers ....the headlines and the way they present the news , many times help us to learn what are the ways we can use some words while speaking which we are not taught formally in schools dear @khagendra1994 ! Thanks!

There are many ways. You can listen to BBC, CNN and such channels where you hear them speak. You must have someone around you who speaks good English and talk to that person. You can also join onlin courses. These are some suggestions.

If you have no native speakers to have a conversation, watch movies in English with subtitles, this helps to understand the pronunciation and to understand full phrases.

Practice makes perfect as they say. Have a conversation in English at all times with someone who is fluent with it. Interaction makes you better. It is just like learning your favorite instrument to play. In order to master it, you have to learn with it day by day. *winks*

Find a native speaker and converse with him, if possible on a daily basis or as much as possible.

Welcome back! I am not that too confident to speak in english fluently but I believe if others can, then we can too! Actually, i am just interacting with people online to improve my english, watching english movies will also help. Reading an english stories will also help us to correct our grammar. I am not a native english speaker but don't worry, more practice should be done and you will find yourself expressing it in english without further hesitations..
