I do drink tea not regularly though, only when I feel like it. And when I drink its most likely to be Green tea. But now there's a new tea I'd like to try, the Rosella Red Tea - Hibiscus Sabdariffa. A friend has recommended it for my mother, says it helps lower blood sugar. But it also has other health benefits: Functional food, maintains general health, a good source of Bioflavonoids as antioxidants and boost natural immune system (as indicated in the tea's box) We have a box of it right now, 20 tea bags, so I'd like to try. It says its best to drink after meals. Have you heard or tried this tea before? This tea surely sounds new to me.

I drink green tea all the time. I used to drink black tea but it made my tummy hurt the green doesnt. I mostly love my coffee but for a change I have A LOT of green tea in the pantry.

I haven’t heard of this particular flavor. I drink tea all the time (I’m drinking vanilla caramel right now). In the evening I drink herbal tea because if I say the word caffeine at night I’m up all night.

@pitsipeahie — chamomile is marketed as a “sleep tea.” Don’t know if it really is or not. Tastes good, that’s for certain!

Are you sure that Rosella Red Tea and Hibiscus tea are the same thing. Rosella tea is called Rooibos here, that is not Hibiscus. I do not drink tea. I have tried hibiscus and I do not like the taste.

@pitsipeahie I see that the box mention the Hibiscus, I researched and this is not the common Hibiscus flower that we use to decorate, but another variety.

We've consumed the tea already. But I don't think we'd be buying it again, not for now.
