Going Nuts

As a nomad, having been stuck in one place for more than a year has been extremely depressing and it has killed my spirit more and more each day. I do have the ray of hope of finally looking forward to leaving this place and heading back home on the road by late Spring. We have been saving up for a new home on wheels since we lost our last precious home on wheels which is why we got stuck in this cold state. Not just because winter seems endless, but it is the first place I have ever been in where people are not that friendly, everyone seems to be out for "What's in it for them" and I have not been able to connect and make friends with anyone because of how they shun outsiders here unless they outsiders are here temporarily and spending money. It seems the only people who have been nice to me are getting paid to provide services and they have to be nice.
I m looking forward to finding jut the right home on wheels and we will be back where we belong and back with friends who live this lifestyle along with us. Meanwhile, I just watch their youtube videos and all the amazing experiences they are having. Living in a stick and brick is just not for us. Without our home on wheels we consider ourselves homeless.

It seems so cool and interesting .I hope you'll find your next home on wheels soon.If you really want to leave that place you are in, maybe you can rent a vehicle to take you back home and rent a place for some time.

We are definitely leaving in the spring :-) I know we will find the right vehicle. But we have also decided that if the right home on wheels is in a different state then we will rent a uhaul to get it. :-)

I don't think I could live like that, but it sounds interesting. Hope you get home on wheels

The lifestyle is definitely not for everyone. :-) You have to give up a lot of comforts that you get use to. But for folks like me, this is our best life.

A home on wheels is interesting, but not for me now.
