Could this be a cross breed? / myLot

We do have spotted cuckoos but this one looks so different in that we see its size is larger than the normal cuckoos and also the spots are not even as is seen in the spotted cuckoos. . I wonder if it is a cross breed of a crow. Just posted an image for your viewing and comments

I have no idea what it is but it certainly has a lot of spots.

And did you notice a part of the back has no spots at all?

@allknowing Yes, where the larger wing feathers cover the back.

If you feel strongly enough you could ask your local Audubon Society, about it. We have a little sanctuary of sorts, at Iolani Palace next to the library. We spotted an owl at the Palace grounds. I thought it was a very significant thing and wrote to the Audubon Society locally. It was a known fact to the society about the little fellow who periodically came to the Palace grounds probably to rest. To us at the library, it was a real sighting. The Audubon Society will let you know exactly about it. What if it's a new breed, that you found! Good luck!!!

@allknowing Okay. I didn't know that you don't have an Audubon Society where you live. How. about a bird club or something of that sort where you live to check on your bird sighting then. Good luck!
