Good afternoon.I played well this morning .Happy with my game.
The zucchini bread with raisins.I had some left over from last year garden.
I decided to make a bread for the homeless..Usually this is supposed to make two loaves.But I wanted to see what happen with one pan.
To my surprised not bad .Mike will take this along with a box of chocolate for a treat.
We decided to hold off for lunch and do Chinese over the weekend.

That bread sounds delicious.
Do you do what I do -- shred zucchini when it's in season and freeze it to save for the colder months (when I'm more likely to be baking anyway)?

@spiderdust.That is what I did there.I shredded it and put it in the fridge.Not sure how long to have it in t here.
