the end of the world

It's an apocalyptic catastrophe, one which signals the end of humanity.
The chickens have finally decided that enough is enough. They're fighting back. They will be vindicated.
And in the meantime, some parts of the UK aren't getting their chicken fix.
Thousands of bread rolls patiently wait for chicken which will never arrive. Lettuce and sliced tomato is left to fester and go limp. Mayonnaise cries tears of sadness. The salsa and the wrap snuggle up, lamenting the loss of their beloved chicken.
Ah, well. The world will keep turning, I'm sure.

@amadeo No. It's one of those fastfoods that you desperately want, eat, then wonder why you desperately wanted it in the first place! Nothing to write home about!

I think they got to their destination eventually; the rolls are sad no more!

How long can this world survive without chicken? Some will be forced to eat vegetables!

@Poppylicious You are so right, you get what you pay for. Too expensive is never worth the money you spend, too cheap is never good.

It was just KFC. All my local branches were affected. There has been sobbing and wailing in the streets.
