Does a laughing Buddha bring good luck?

Most of them believe in this that laughing Buddha brings Luck to them.The position of placing buddha also effects the luck .My aunt have it in her house and she believes it that it brings more luck .She also believes in all superstitions and whenever she goes out when I ask where she is going she says that shouldn't ask like that my work will not be successful if ask .From then I stopped asking it to her.Why people believe superstitions .
I personally don't believe in luck and all the fate.i do believe in hardwork.how do you feel when you such persons.?.do you believe in luck friends?.does a laughing Buddha brings Luck ?.

I guess we all have to believe in something and perhaps by just believing brings luck. Don't know. I too don't believe in luck but I do believe in hard work and karma

@Freelanzer yeah it's everyone's personal belief ,if it brings Luck they praise and give credits to it or else no.thats nice you believe in hardwork.

I don't have idea on this .some saying its true ,some of them saying fake .I don't know which one should I trust.

Well, a little lucky charm can't hurt 
Of course, there are many sayings about luck. One of mine is "If I didn't have bad luck I'd have none at all." But we make our own luck as this quote suggests...
