Whenever I take milk, I end up farting uncontrollably. Despite that, I enjoy taking milk. I have tasted several types of milk: almond milk, soy milk, cow’s milk and coconut milk. Name it; it makes me fart. I have discovered that of all of them, cow’s milk is full of more energy and its effect can last for a long time. But what I like above all is soy milk. Here in Nigeria, soy milk is used as beverage and for special occasions. Soy milk is good for the health particularly because it is plant based. I’d like to know, what milk do you like best of all of them? And please, do have a lovely day. It rained terribly early this morning so all the roads were muddy. But I sure do love the rains.

Cow's milk has a sour taste in the mouth. I like it though.

I read online that almond milk has no cholesterol. That's great.

@mydanods This is correct, it comes from almond, so there is no cholesterol.

You are blessed to live in an area where soy is plentiful as I live in a country that has to charge an arm and a leg for soy milk. The thing is, I like almond and soy milk also but they sell it at a very high price here in America. The cheapest milk is still the choice of Americans. Although lactose intolerance makes it not a good thing for such individuals. Most milk that is sold in America did not originate here. Below the link I provided, tells where the cows milk comes from.

I think knowing the history behind dairy cows can have some advantages though which I don't know right now.

@lookatdesktop Yes, that would make but the article does not say anything about organically raised cows. It talks about the history of the cows that were being raised in America.

@mydanods , well if I could determine which cows were living on private farms, organically raised, I would prefer them over the cows living on large corporate farms, being given hormones and antibiotics and standing in their own filth. That makes a big difference don't you agree?

Ha. Now that you mention coconut milk. It is used as a delicacy for rice here. The kids love coconut rice. Thanks for bringing it up.
