Taking ointment after a rough sleep

Hello mylotters,
I was commenting back on @rakski 's about her own sleepless post because of her fever and cold.
That reminds me of my own sleepless nights. Well, gout hurt so much It was hard trying to get sleep.
This morning Mom bought this moringa ointment extract, not the first time I've tried this thing.
I had sweet potatoes and boiled egg for breakfast.
And it's really hot over here, but then I realized it's summer.

@Letranknight2015 my big brother brought home some ointments like Movelat and Ibuprofen, for muscle pains. they are in tube form, like toothpaste. when applied, they provide warmth over the area.

Hello @hereandthere Yeah, I ate a lot last week and plus exercise but I ate a lot of forbidden food that cost the flare up. I wonder if sinampalukan chicken could also cause gout.

Hello @mydanods much like the eficacen oil but it's more natural, you don't see it there because this was made locally. Maybe some one else made one but different brand.

Ohhh I like that moringa my mom have that also. What I am using which is very effective is vaporine from cebu, it helps me a lot.

This is amazing - I also had sweet potato and a boiled egg for breakfast. When I lived in the city there was a Moringa tree in the yard of one of the rented homes I lived in.@Letranknight2015 (52665)

Hello @Kandae11 Good to know there's moringa trees over there, but I have cut mine in terms of branches and will grow sometime next week.
