I wish Trump could build me a wall between our house and our next door neighbors!

After the untimely death of our next door neighbor, and good friend, the house he was living in was rebuilt from the ground up. At first we both thought, this is great! Instead of condemning that property next door to us, it underwent a complete house makeover and remodel.
But now that all the work was done, including putting on a new roof, and new windows all around the house, and a new paint job and all the other things that have to be done to make an old house look new again, I started to notice beer bottles on the front lawn. Then there were those 4 or 5 parked trucks and cars on the backyard lawn like a parking lot. But last night, a Saturday night, a man stood outside his pick up truck, with his stereo blasting so loud that even in the bedroom with all new double glass windows I was kept awake until 3 AM to the bass and thunderous sound of his sub woofers from his pick up truck.
It's not a matter of what race those neighbors are. They are Mexican because I have seen them and know what music they listen to from their very loud truck stereo system they play openly as if to say, "We are having a party and don't care if you have problems with it." Mainly, it's the cases of empty beer cans all over the front lawn the next day after party time, and the loud stereo music playing way past 10 PM at night, well into the early Sunday morning that I hate. I really do have neighbors from hell! Right now, a very high and thick concrete wall would be perfect for our situation.

Unfortunately from the sound of things ( forgive the pun) a wall isn't going to cure or even ease the problem. Is there a way you can find out if they bought the place or are renting it? They are already breaking many laws, and there may be a way to get them removed from the property. I also would pass the infoo on to your local law enforcement agency. They might want to be close by, especially if the parties don't all stay at the neighbor's house. It would be easy pickings for the law enforcement.

My wife is afraid they would do something violent. I mean, They are most likely renters and more than just the occupants seem to hang out on weekends there. They just started this thing with the loud music these past 2 weekends. Thanks for your suggestions. I know they are bad neighbors and likely more than one family occupying the house as a rental as it was a rental for many years even when our good neighbor who passed away and lived there before the house was reoccupied after being refurbished.

We have been lucky, lived here for over 20 years and all the new neighbors have been decent here. They have cook outs in the summer and with a lot of people but no disrespect or anything goes on over there.
I would think on calling the police thou if it was to get loud early into the morning.

Oh how I wished we had a great wall between us and the neighbors we've had next door since we've moved here. There were a bunch of crazy tenants that have moved in and out of that house - all serious nut cases. We actually had a short wall, but have had to build it up higher because we could not take any more of witnessing "them". But recently the owner finally lost the house . . . and the investors will be gutting the house to rebuild and flip. We are crossing our fingers that the next owner will be decent people!!

@lookatdesktop I am told the house will be flipped within 3 months - so we shall see. Best of luck with your situation there - we totally know how you feel!!

@much2say , Yes, I feel the say as you do. The house next door was already owned by a person who flips houses and rents them to low income families in the area we live in. That is one of the things that perpetuate this type of lifestyle of sloth and noise and drinking on the properties and such.

I feel you. Sorry about that. There is no way they can be stopped? They have a party in their compound which should not go beyond that.
