Well, my ride came and I went to my appointment. My wait in the waiting room wasn't long, and the appointment itself really wasn't, either. I answered some questions from the doctor about how my back felt, and he felt the area and asked if this or that hurt. I explained how the exercises I was given did make me hurt, and he said, "Don't do them." O-kay... He also said to up the dose of the pain medication I was taking, and that in the future I might try cortisone shots for my back. So, I went to work, and by the grace of God I got through the day without collapsing. I hope that your day/evening/etc. went well in your part of myLot land !
