What are you having for dinner tonight ?

Once I get back from the store I will start dinner. I am going to make some seared venison, rice and gravy. Maybe some sautéed onions, I haven't really decided on that. I have a ton of onions that I have been looking for reasons to use them up.

@thislittlepennyearns If I remember correctly, I would have used a bit less apple cider only b/c I don't love sweet stuff (I'm strange like that), but otherwise it was on the money.

Well, I was actually craving for a burger since yesterday but decided to wait for today for lunch but I had a late breakfast so when I was supposed to eat lunch I was full. I think I am going to wait a little while after to get one for dinner instead. Just this once lol.

I never had venison before and probably never will. That meal sounds good. I had leftover Banquet chicken nuggets and Grown in Idaho tater tots. Water and Keurig hot cocoa to drink.

@thislittlepennyearns Not really. I eat some pork like ham and bologna. I'm trying to go all-out vegetarian somehow. I probably wouldn't stomach venison or veal or lamb. That's kind of them.

Do you not like red meat? or is it just not accestible to you? our neighbors hunt so when they get to many, we get the leftovers. works out fo rme,because it makes for a good meat that I cant freeze and use for meals in the future.
