Did "Shape of Water" Deserve to win the best picture award?

Among All Those masterpieces, why did SOW won that award? Well You must already Know That I'm referring to The 2018 Oscars. And I Can't believe That Dunkirk didn't receive the particular award. Nolan seems to be pretty unlucky when it comes to oscar awards. Still I Really think Get out was also quite breath taking.

Couldn't tell ya. Never seen the movie, never will. Or anything else put out by Hollywood for that matter. That being said the whole bestiality thing is way creepy.
