Finally Hertz returned me the charge

A few weeks ago I had a post that Hertz deducted me oil charge although I filled it up before I returned the car. I contacted the customer service in China although we rented the car in US when we had a travel. As there is no email address for customer service in US. Thanks for the suggestion from @infatuatedbby and I contacted them by Facebook and I am glad that finally this case is solved. I gave them proofs and everything is reasonable. They returned me the oil charge but didn't tell me why they made such a mistake. I wonder whether next time I shall choose them again. There are many car rental companies but it is not easy to find out which is the best.

@youless Yes glad you were able to though :) they should have reimbursed you more from your bill due to the big inconvenience and overcharge that they did was wrong

Sometimes people wouldn't bother to question the charges and would just pay it. This worries me with companies as it means they are not very ethical.

I don't know, they haven't told me why they made such a mistake. It is OK that finally they refunded to me.

It's good that you resolved this problem. Sometimes, mistakes happen. Don't take it too hard on Hertz.

They charged me nearly 1/4 of the total charges and it is a huge mistake that they charged me the gas fee as I already filled it up.

Since I shouldn't pay for it, this is why I would fight for it. Otherwise their behavior is just like stealing.
