Diet lunch for me again.

I bough some fresh cheese and I ate several big diced pieces topped with olive oil and oregano. They are delicious and don´t have much fat. I cheated eating a piece of beet, but it wasn´t as big as I usually eat. I´m sure that I will be hungry in 3 or 4 hours so I´ll make me some hard boiled eggs. I don´t have cholesterol problems so that will be fine for me. What do you eat when you are on a diet? I crave for carbs

Mostly I just try to eat sensibly all the time - and if I desperately want something I usually have it - but just a small piece.

@JudyEv Same here. I do not "ban" any food, just eat reasonable servings and walk.

I find if I eat at all, then it makes me more hungry. So I fast for 24 hrs period. Good luck with your diet. Surely beet is not going to hurt is it? It is not fattening.

It has lots of sugar. As for fastening, I could even have a black out.

@marguicha Oh I see the sugar problem I understand. It is hard to cut carbs. I have to cut them out or it makes me more hungry so no bread or potatoes for me or rice white rice.

@marguicha Doctors here usually suggest to eat 160 gramms of carbs per day if you are insulin resistent.

I eat whatever I feel like on planet earth. My metabolism is such that I never add weight. I wonder if I'll start adding as I grow older.

I don't diet much. I try to eat healthy when I can. But I don't diet in the way that you are.

Carbohydrates,fats everything is essential for us..but everything in moderation...I never follow diet friend.. Glad you enjoyed cheese ..:)
