What was your amazing year of self discovery?

2016 was a year I'll never forget. I learned so much about myself and my abilities as a healer. I call it my "Definitive Year". In November 2015 I received my first level attunement for Reiki healing. Before I could receive the second level attunement, I needed to practice at the first level for one year. I began practicing with my friends and family the entire year of 2016. The more I practiced, the more I discovered about myself and my abilities for healing. I took it a step further and began practicing doing distant healings. I had my daighter go into one room of my apartment and I stayed in another room. I sent her healing energy with my intentions only. When I asked her if she received it, she told me she felt very warm, calm and peaceful. WOW! I began doing it with my other friends and family members and they all thought it was amazing. Of course I always thank the Lord for giving me this gift as I know it is His energy I am channeling. I had so much fun practicing and everyone I practiced on enjoyed it as well. I also discovered many other things while practicing with the energy throughout 2016.
