What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us!
I have a pound of ground Wagyu beef defrosted. I had initially purchased this type of meat (on clearance sale) to try as burgers but I don't have any rolls or cheese at the moment, so I'm going to use it to make a meatloaf. I have another package in the freezer for burgers another time. To go with the meatloaf I will make homemade garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed baby spinach.
That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know
P.S. Have you ever had Wagyu beef before? If so, what did you think?

Since our Whole Foods is carrying the Cappello's lasagna sheets again, we're having lasagna for dinner!

@spiderdust oh I didn't realize you required gluten-free. I just make mine with regular flour.

@NJChicaa These are the best gluten-free pasta sheets I've ever had in my life. They're made with almond flour, and taste like the real thing to me.

Meatloaf sounds good - I haven't made it in a while! Well, my daughter just got 2 baby teeth extracted . . . so not sure what we are all having for dinner tonight 
. Possibly spaghetti leftover and a salad (not for her though ).
I haven't had wagyu . . . I know I can get kobe, but I'll have to see if I can get wagyu at the same market!

Never heard of this type of burger I hope you enjoy it. We are having chilli that we made yesterday in the crockpot but it was not done in time for dinner.

I don´t yet know what I´ll have for dinner. I will have to go and check. As for Wagyu meat, I have never had it. It is much too expensive here for my budget.
