I am thinking of doing MBA for quite long time, I am already having good job and pay is also good but I was thinking of doing mba so that I can get promotions fast and can move forward to the next level. What do you guys suggest. Is it really worth doing MBA because education expenses are also very high and not sure how many years it will return me that money back! What do you think.

@colorsOpinion In my district it was considered as waste of money. But it has more scope in foreign countries.

I have masters but not MBA. If you want to get farther with your career, then go with it.

@colorsOpinion It does because I know friends who took MBA and they progressed with their careers.

@mlgen1037 that’s very good to hear. All these positive things encouraging me to do MBA.. :) thank you. I will have to think a lot before I make a move because again I also don’t want to stop doing MBA in the middle of the course.

Goal is really required to do MBA, why I can’t do it just because I need one more degree to showcase? :) and even if I do, what timeline I am looking when I will get all my money back?

I think you can go for MBA.. education should be continued as per your interest.no loss in joining ..you can study part time..as you said there are good opportunities for MBA .

Yeah I liked it when you say do MBA if I have an interest!! :) Yes I wanted to do it just because I want to do and have interest in, but again I was thinking - even if I do it, does it really give me back all money that I will be spending on doing MBA?
