Another Issue With the Changing and Unpredictable Weather

Yeah weather is terrible these days. You never know when it'll change from hot weather to comfortable weather and in a way those who have lesser immunity are prone to many diseases and sickness and it's the worst feeling.
My brother is already having some issues with sore throat and now he's feeling sick since yesterday evening and vomiting as well. Just now he has taken meds and taking some rest.
Hope he gets well soon.

Been sick since Friday and I attribute it to the weather. No more fever but I still have coughs and colds.

It is hot here in the Philippines and the water is cold during the early morning...I take a bath at 1 AM to prepare for work at 2:30 AM.
