I Have Got No Subject To Discuss Today ! Does This Happen With You?

Today I had a bit hectic time making my life tough and though I participated here I was not really satisfied with my participation! Having completed my commitments when I wanted to post a discussion here, I am not getting any subject! But then I wanted to interact with the friends here so I am just posting this discussion…have you ever had such situation on Mylot?

What I usually do is just respond to discussions. Sometimes you find inspiration that way. Today for me it seems I have not much to say either.

@kavinitu ,That is very correct! Physiostherapy helps a lot. Medicines they just mask the pain and don't help much further what an exercise can! Nice to that you are getting well! God bless! Thanks!

@AKRao24 The daily exercise is helping me a lot actually must have started exercising earlier instead of relying on medications. I would have felt better much sooner.
