I Fell Hard!!

Saturday I was outside planting some plants and working in my yard and there is a table and chairs outside a patio table, Well it was really hot outside and I was enjoying the sun and just having a good time and all of a sudden there was a huge bee so I sprayed it and it came after me! I went to run and forgot the patio chair was there and did a flip over it and the chair has a bar behind it and at the bottom of my chest is a massive bruise where I hit the bar so hard! It is Purple and Black and all the way across! I fell on my elbows and my bad knee! My husband was mad at first then he was telling me of remedies to cure the pain. It hurts to laugh cough sneeze e.t.c. I won't be doing that again! My neighbor was across the alley about to leave and I had thought he saw me but he didn't I told him did you not see me fall? He said no.
