Trying to get tickets to see David Cook in Kinky Boots

One of my favorite contestants from American Idol, David Cook, is making his Broadway debut in Kinky Boots. I really want to go see him. I found a discount offer code on the Playbill website for $55/ticket. That's a great price, especially when there will be fees added. I went to Ticketmaster to purchase a ticket and settled on the April 11th date, as that's the earliest daytime show I could go to when tickets at that price are available. The tickets came out to about $65. I got as far as choosing the delivery option and found that the Will Call option was not available. I guess that's because the show is a few weeks away. To get the ticket, I'd have to choose mail delivery for an extra $4.50, which I don't want to spend. There was an e-ticket option but I can't choose that because I have nowhere to print it. I'd wait closer to that event date and try to get a ticket then, so I can choose Will Call, but doing that could mean no seats will be available. So, I am thinking of going to the box office to see if I can get a ticket at that discount price. Thing is I need a printout of that Playbill offer with me to get the discount. I have nowhere to print it. I saved it on my phone though. Wonder if that will be accepted in place of the printout.
