Holy Thursday.

Hi guys! It is Holy Thursday at my end I must say my Holy Week will just start today as I have been busy since Monday. So,today I just had two hours of sleep because my daughter woke up around 2 am and would not sleep until past four in the morning. When she finally fell asleep ,i could not sleep anymore so i decided i'd rather get ready to go to church. I called mom.She did not pivk up the phone.I am pretty sure that she is still in the land of nod. I better get going.
what's your plan today?

@Iam_jauntyjen I know the superstition of "no travel and no shower on Good Friday", there are many superstitions about Good Friday.

we also call Maundy Thursday here. I remember when we were kids,my mom would not let us take a bath on Maundy Thursday.I do not know the reason behind it

Maundy Thursday here and I am stuck in the house until tomorrow. These days every years are the most boring days. Why? Because these are the only two days every single year that everything and everybody stop from doing anything because of the Holy Week.. The malls are close, everything's closed. Local tv shows only about the Holy Week special, and such. I'm not a catholic and I don't believe in such so I'm just stuck in the house .
And thank goodness there's cable tv, I can still watch movies, and the internet, I can binge watch my favourite series, and mylot.
