Of Course i know , Too much salt is bad for health and certainly a NO NO for those who have issues with Blood Pressure and will affect our Heart and Whole Body as well.
So i think its best to have less Salty food rather then more salty. I hope there won't be any issue if i have less salty food.
What are your views about it? Do you think Its Best To have Less Salty Food rather then More Salty? Please share.

It is better to have less salty food., Salty foods can lead you to some serious diseases like , kidney stone or kidney failure.

Less salt. Unfortunately, by the time, I totally realized how really bad salt was my husband had already had 3 heart attacks. It's definitely not good for him. Now the experts tell me "Oh no! Not all salt! Just table salt." Whatever! For my husband's sake, I've learned how to live with hardly any salt in my food.

Too much salt and too less salt can be also bad. As far as I know eating salt has an effect on the sodium level. My sodium level is low (which is also dangerous) and my doctor advice me to eat more salty foods.

Excess salt intake is not good for health. It can create hypertension, heart attack, and many such diseases.

We need salt in our food.Less salty food is like food without salt.More salty food is not good for our health. Its better to just have enough salt in food than to have less salty or more salty food.
