I'm almost done with school and will be thinking of getting a good a job before raising a family. From experience which will be better raising a family for few years or running my career before raising a family. Which sides works better?

You should choose career first before raising a family. How can you raise a family without career?

Sometimes we still need to dump our careers when the kids get in the way, so I was thinking one could finish with child's care so as to concentrate on career

Having a good career first for a few years will be beneficial....then you can enter the family life with a stronger base and expectations of unbridled joy

I think the answer to this varies with each person. It might be hard to get a job later if you go straight from school into raising a family.

But getting a job doesn't mean we can't still dump it when family demands creep in,so getting a job after then might still be difficult.

Congratulations in advance. I would choose career first before family. My motto in life is to provide a good life for my future family and me without the need to rely on others (unless necessary). I do not want my children to suffer the consequences of my action because I was irresponsible.

Find a good job. The money and experience you will get from it will help you to raise your family in a better way.
