As discussed in my previous Discussions. The geese were brooding on the eggs and they hatched three Goslings on the day of Easter.

The very next day three more added to the previous batch and finally they are six.
One egg got rejected and another egg hatched to get a dead Gosling!
Wanted to take pictures of these young ones, but the parents were too furious towards the people approaching the young ones!
Today the parents decided to take the young ones who entered their life for their first outing and they were seen walking openly in the lawns. Six Goslings escorted by five parents!

I desperately wanted to share these moments with you! Thanks!

They are just beautiful. With our wild ducks, several times we've had to stop the car to let a little family cross the road. One parent leads followed by all the littlies then the other parent brings up the rear. Do geese go on their outings in this manner?

I thought they are chicks when I saw the picture but when I read your discussion I come to know they are goslings.

You can make out that are Goslings from their beaks which are flat...in case of chicks they are sharp and pointed! Thanks dear @Jessabuma!

Yes, I even enjoy the way the parents try to protect these cute ones dear @Sreekala! Over all they have spread a atmosphere of happiness on the farm...every one keeping an eye on them what they are doing and where the parents are taking them on outing!

! Thanks!

They really are cute but I can imagine the parents were furious. They can be very protective.
