Do You Think It's Best To Sleep Naked?

I am sure most of you or at least some of you, must have heard about this thing and many theories proved that it's best to sleep naked as it helps in making us feel relaxed and helps in proper blood circulation. I even heard from some sources that it helps in increasing the speed count in men but don't know how true is that.
What are your views about it? Do You Think It's Best To Sleep Naked? Please share.

oh no! it's better to be fully dressed in case of house invasion in the middle of the night ..lol

I am always cold so I wear clothes and lots of blankets. Even when it is extremely hot I have to wear clothes and a blanket or I can't sleep. In case of a fire we had to wear clothes when we were growing up so I think that's why it's so hard for me not to wear any to bed now.

I think it's a comfortable and healthy habit to shed the clothing while sleeping. I don't, though. First I had children I had to get up for during the night. When they grew up I was a restless sleeper and it was just easier to wear night clothes when I got up and down. I'm living alone now but what if someone breaks in? What if there is a fire and I have to get out quickly?
I worry too much!
