Yep, it's that time of the week again: Fantasy Friday.
Today we are all becoming archeologists. Not your boring old ordinary archeologists (apologies to any real archeologists out there.) No, no, no! Think Indiana Jones. You are pursuing some fantastic lost treasure. What is it? Where is it? What adventures are you going to have finding it? (Remember, the key word is FANTASY. Your fabulous treasure does not actually have to exist.)
Australia is known for opals, so my treasure is going to be a fabulous opal crown worn by the queen of a tribe that inhabited the centre of Australia when it was a tropical paradise, before the Aboriginal people came. Of course I will have to face what are now the desert wastes of central Australia, and as I draw near to the place where the treasure is buried I will find that there are still some of that ancient tribe living in the desert, and that they will do anything to keep their existence - let alone their treasure - from being discovered.
Over to you. Tell us your adventure.

I've been an archaeologist most of my life, figuratively speaking. The treasure I seek is buried deep within my subconscious self, or it may even BE my subconscious self. I have stripped away many layers of human conditioned makeup, yet still haven't reached the surface of my treasure trove. I continue to chisel away, uncovering priceless artifacts of knowledge and self discovery. One day soon, the treasure that is my true self will break through this cocoon and fly freely toward its true destination.

Wandering through some mummy tomb in Egypt. Finding long-lost jewels and discovering the secret of some of the mummies buried there. I might even be chased by some mummy ghosts.
