My first Bokchoi Plant

It's been since I planted green veggies, my mistake though was that I didn't plant them properly. I should have isolated them one by one but I just spread in a pot and they got crowded. Most of them died but some survived and lived, like this one in the picture.
But I'm not sure if it's big enough for harvest. Though most of my bok-choi survived, only a handful of mustard and lettuce are left. And the weather is so hot I had to water three times a day.
I can do better next time as soon I acquire new soil this weekend.

You can let 1 mature so you an get some seeds to replant while the rest can be harvested. Baby Bokchoy is trendy in the US, so you can harvest that but you will get more food if you let it grow.
Oh if you will harvest, Leave the stalks on the soil. It will grow back.
Can you regrow bok choy? Yes, you sure can, and it’s super simple. If you’re a thrifty person, regrowing bok choy is a nice alternative to throwing the leftovers in the compost bin or garbage can. This article will help get you started.

@Letranknight2015 Yeah the white stalk ones will grow back leaves. You can also use that method to cabbage, though cabbage needs colder climate.

@Letranknight2015
Why not start all over again with whatever space you have got and if not get some deep deep plant pots and space some out in there too no?

They look okay to me. I do the same. I just let them crowd in the pot. I transplant when I've got available soil and pot. You're so lucky to be able to grow lettuce! I can't seem to grow them here in cavite.

Hello @almostoveryou why is that? maybe you shouldn't expose them to the sun light, they easily dries out and die.

I think it is still too young, there should be more leaves in that plant before you could harvest. I would love to plant some in the back. Hmm, I will go check out the local stores to see if they have the seedlings.
NB. Watch out for caterpilla, which often nest right in the youngest part of the plant.

Hello @Icydoll yeah, but it's not big enough for harvest or maybe those other veggies had some fertilizers in it.
