. "Within the chasm between perception and reality, lies our ability to understand the things we can't accept, and to accept the things we can't understand", *hv*.... ................................ Had anyone told me in my younger years that I have this amazing ability lying within the chasm of my perception and the reality out there, it would have saved me years of anxiety that led me to have this debilitating migrating pain that sometimes holds me back from enjoying my amazingly blessed life.. However, I am grateful that I have reached this age with a grateful heart and full understanding and acceptance that I found within the chasm .. Self alone can set Self free ..

Photo was taken at the famous Twelve Apostles in Apollo Bay , Great Ocean Road in Victoria May 2017 .. Background is "The London Bridge".. It's also famous for whale watching around spring time .. It took me 34 years before I finally was able to see the Twelve Apostles .. which is now only 11 ..and the others are slowly being claimed by the waves .. ..

Thank you so much Louise .. I think having a grateful heart attracts more blessings .. no matter what difficulties life throws at us, we need to find that feeling of gratitude every time we get over any hurdles .. I never prayed asking for blessings or comfort .. But I always make sure that I say a prayer of deep gratitude every time the pain goes away ..

U have to be happy with yourself and at peace with yourself!! Once U do that u can relate well to others and anywhere u go!! I also had to learn this!!
