Tired and Lazy

Hello everyone. Just got home from my Me time. It was not only me time but I also pay some bills and do errands. I am glad that my mom in law was here. So, I got my hair colored and cut. Went to some banks for errands. Wow, it exhaust me. First, it was so terribly hot. Second, I have to walk because of the traffic. I realized some things: 1 - hot weather + traffic = exhaustion, 2 - I gained a lot of weight that I have to lose it again. Oh boy, I used to like walking with or without asthma, with or without sun. But now, I cannot do it and that frustrates me so much. Where and how do I start losing weight?!?

I "used to" walk a lot before. When I worked online, all my exercises were gone poof! Because I cannot wake up too early and I worked in the morning and at night. The afternoons are dedicated to my kids and chores

Maybe walk more often in the sun! it can be hard to lose weight.

Actually I do not eat a lot of rice anymore since March 16. That is the first thing I reduce. I lost 2 kilos already but I still need to lose more.

First step is decide you are going to do it. Second step is adjust your diet. Third step is increase exercise. You can do it if you really want!

Oh yes I got that problem too. I just make sure to exercise that is the key my friend. But I now I am not good in the heat..so I bring an umbrella. Good luck and you can do it
