Experimenting with weird wines!

I do love making my own wine, I love making (and drinking) all sorts of unusual varieties and flavours. My most unusual one so far, is Turnip and Red Cabbage wine - and it is most delightful. It's a deep red colour and the flavour resembles watermelon. It's quite bizarre, but tasty. Next, I think I will be making a wine out of seaweed - yep, you heard correctly, seaweed! I actually think it might work out to be pretty tasty. Have you ever made / drunk an unusual wine?
