Good evening from California, all ! Tonight, since I got home earlier and wasn't as exhausted, I made my first attempt at cooking pasta. I heated up some alfredo sauce, then when the pasta was strained added some mussels, though since those were frozen I microwaved the whole thing for a bit after I added the sauce and transferred it all to another dish. It turned out pretty good--it just needed some Parmesan cheese. There's quite a bit, as I couldn't find directions for just one person, so I'll have dinner for at least four nights, I'm guessing.
