The bridal bouquets are much more expensive than before / myLot

Look at their bridal bouquets and they become smaller and smaller. Perhaps it tells us that the flowers are much more expensive and everything's price is keeping higher and higher

More minimalist & simple yet more pricey because the flowers are probably organic or locally grown, hand picked, etc etc lol

No matter what, this wedding has already cost a lot and perhaps it is better to spend less for the bridal bouquet

Not at all, they wanted to choose a simple bouquet in memory of Diana and the bouquet must be appropriate for the dress. Look how more rich was the dress of Diana, such a big bouquet would look ridiculous with the simpler gown.

@youless I do not think that the Royal etiquette allows to "throw a bouquet". I did not even threw mine.

Either that or it has something to do with status within the royal family. Diana was anticipated to become the Queen of England after Elizabeth. Kate will be (most likely the next) Queen after Elizabeth. Harry is fifth in line to the Throne so it is unlikely that Meghan will ever become Queen in this lifetime.
