Wonder If I Can Invest in Their Commercials

Despite the fact that I don't have cable, I do still see commercials. Local news channels have commercials playing during the "on-air" break, and there's also commercials on MLB's site (man, I love that Arby's ad that has "Holding Out for a Hero" playing and the man doing the voiceover says "gyro" instead of "hero").
One of the companies running online ads during newscasts is TD Ameritrade. They have a rather humorous ad that features a woman complaining that she missed trading because the markets were closed. The man informs her TD Ameritrade customers that trades are allowed online. "So I can trade all night long?" she asks.
The camera switches angles, and there's Lionel Richie, singing a line of "All Night Long (All Night)" at the piano.
The first thing that goes through my mind when I see financial/investment companies using "big name stars" is, "Gee, I wonder if I can invest in their commercials!"
Now, you know Lionel didn't do that commercial out of the goodness of his heart. And even though there's less than ten seconds of that song played, it still generates a royalty payment every time it airs. So these guys who are wanting to take my money and "invest" it are showing me how they're spending it.
Oh, and they spent $5 million to run the ad during the Super Bowl.
I'm thinking I'd probably be in debt to them for 20 years after my death, given how they're spending the money to advertise their services of financial investment.....
Here's the commercial:
Wouldn’t it be nice to trade all night long? With 24-5 Trading from TD Ameritrade you can. The Trader Green Room is a place traders come to soak up knowledge...

I have seen the commercial, but never thought about investing in them something to think about.
