Are You In Favor Of Live in Relationship?

India

I guess most are in favor of it with some exceptions. It's actually still very much complicated and some do criticize it a lot. But I have observed and seen some trying Live in, In India as well. I guess the advantage of this is that if both partners feel that they are not compatible with one another then they can easily separate without any legal formalities. What Are your views about it? Are You In Favor Of Live in Relationship? Have you seen any successful stories of it? Please share.

@mlgen1037 there is nothing to be ashamed of, hija. at least now, you are married and that is good. i am also happy you did not bear a child before you got married. so now, even though you have a child, it is already legal because you have a husband.

I have been living with my husband before we got married po but this kind of set-up is not really advisable. My father was mad at me when I decided to live with him because he didn't approve of it but eventually he respected our decision and we decided to get married.

I'm not in favor of it personally, however, my children have live-in relationships, and my daughter did marry the man she lived with for many years. They are happily married for six years.

I guess it could be like practice, to see if you can stand living with the person before you get married to them. I guess it would be okay. My Grandma wouldn't think that, but I see no problem with people living together if they want to. Me, I'm happy with my 100-square foot room with TV, microwave, bed, mini-fridge, and cats. I don't have any room for anyone else. hahaha Also, I have to sleep alone. I can't sleep next to anyone, it drives me nuts just hearing them move and breathe. But if other people can do it, then I say go for it. I don't judge. I just know what I'm capable of. And that isn't much.

@thesupersingh Sometimes single, sometimes not. But I always go back to single, that's where I seem to be most comfortable.

It does give the persons involved a better chance to know each other. That way they can go their seperate ways if things are not working out without any legal hassles.

Every coin has two sides. It has pros as well as cons. Supporters see pros while people against it see cons of it. I am neutral about it
