Send Off Party's

I have always loved send off parties except for the reason its been given. Its hard to say goodbye's, to friends, colleagues at the end. Today was the final day of our senior colleague who had thought me everything when I joined the company. He had a smile on his face through out until it was finally to give the farewell speach. Yes it's always the hardest part when we have to say goodbye most especially to the one we love and hold dear to our heart.
