In China, everyone is being graded, rated and evaluated based on what they say, do and it has become a widely accepted method to weed out the bad and provide good things for those who follow the guidelines of proper etiquette and good social conduct. This somehow sounds like an episode of "Black Mirror" that I saw not long ago. Everybody was going around with their mobile devices "rating" every contact they had. Anyway, I'll watch the video, thanks..
