I always like to watch Broadway's Tony Awards Show to what is happening on Broadway. I may never get to go to any of those shows, but I may catch a traveling company doing one in my town. Really glad I watched last night since Broadway honored the drama teacher from Parkland Stoneman Douglas High, a great teacher who sheltered 65 students in a small room during that horrific murder of 17 other students. Then, these great kids got to sing "Seasons of Love" from the musical "Rent" on Broadway at Radio City Music Hall! It was an incredibly moving performance and I'm so glad I saw it. A bit short... Their teacher would deserve a medal.

She was a real hero in every sense of the word. To me, there is nothing better than Broadway. I was 5 years old the first time I went, and it was at Radio City Music Hall, too.

@JamesHxstatic Yes, she was! I just edited my hasty reply. Lol! My granddaughter was there before 5. She goes to many Broadway plays and musicals, even saw Hamilton with the original cast. She met them all backstage, too. What a life!

I totally forgot to record it. I'll have to catch it online. Internet is so handy sometimes! I was really moved to see that those kids got to do Seasons of Love. Those poor kids, what a trauma to go through.

I actually thought the whole show was pretty well done. The hosts have such great voices! I loved De Niro's remark and am glad that Springsteen's show is doing so well.

That is great. Thanks for sharing. Super that they got to sing on the Tony Awards. I hoofed my way through 2 musicals Anything Goes and Pajama Game at high school but never made it to Broadway.
