Cold and hot are not liked by my iron fence.

The first problem I had when I went away was that I could not close the outer iron door of my house. Where I live this is a must: We cannot live with our houses open to the streets. Even with fences, burglars enter as you know from what happened to me last year.
At 2 am, when I left the house, we could not close the door, even with the help of a big driver from the van who came to pick me up. So I had to close the door pushing from the inside while he pulled from the outside. And then I had to go out through the garage door.
The first thing I did when I came back was to call the locksmith who has been working all morning. Finally he finished and I have a good door in my fence.
Why is it that there´s always something to do and always something in which to spend out money? I have lots of nice things in which to spend every cent I have!

Never talk about finances in front of your house or appliances. If you have extra or unexpected cash, something major will break. If your finances are strapped, several things will break down to settle the argument among them of who is more important, the fridge or the laptop. Whatever you fix first wins.

Isn´t that a shame? Things have a tendency to break down

@marguicha If you live in a house, it must be a law or something. There is always something you have to fix.

@marguicha I'm sure it was, and now your mind is at ease.

The dorr was a bit higher than the frame and it was also a bit bent (the iron). All that was fixed.

There's always emergencies and needs requiring expenses. That's how life is.

Yes, I agree with you completely! One thing breaks and then something else needs a repair, when we own a house. These replacements and unwelcome costs, never stop!

Yesterday, something happened with my microwave oven. I´m sure that it is beyond repair. But as I´m not fond of microwave ovens, I will not replace it soon.

@marguicha They don't make appliances to last more than five years, any more. It's a rotten shame, because their prices are even higher:(

@kobesbuddy My old one lasted almost forever. The new one did not last much more than a year.

Because we want to spend money, it gave us the motivation to make money.
